PDX Adventures
Yesterday I read about a donut place on MSN that’s supposed to be one of the best in the country. Oh yum. Love me some donuts. And then I found out that it’s here in PDX! So this morning we called my brother and SIL and planned a little jaunt to check it out. But then after checking out their website, we thought it might be a better adult date. Yeah. Potentially ADULT donuts. Oh my, lol. So instead of stopping there, we all met downtown and explored Pioneer Square and the well-known Finnegan’s Toy Store. Let me just say it was soooo much fun. Minimal meltdowns, much laughter, and all seven kids seemed to have a ball sloshing through the ice and snow. We even got to snag a free MAX ride on the way back to the parking garage, which thrilled the boys to no end.
I’m a nerd and hauled my camera everywhere, but now I’m so glad I did. Lots of memories to be had, to be sure. Here are the four older ones playing in front of the highly reflective elevator doors, waiting for the stroller bunch to come up.

And here’s father with Sprinkle and Fidget at the end of the day.

And my brother. Oh my brother. He bought me a birthday gift today. For some reason it reminded him of me. I don’t know what to think about that yet. Thanks, bro. I’m sure I should feel honored . . .

I’m sorry, Amy, I love reading your blog, used to go to school with Paul, I love your photos…. but the back end of that cow thing was so gross. What in the world is it? LOL. Gotta love your bro.
